Returns and Exchanges Policy

Southside Skatepark Skateshop stands by the quality of our gear and offers returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that used skateboards, mounted decks, or worn apparel cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our shop staff inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
